I offer somatic movement and embodiment coaching, trauma-informed yoga, and sonic meditations (also known as sound baths). These practices invite you to connect more deeply with your body-mind, cultivate nervous system regulation, and experience restorative states of presence and ease.
These sessions create a supportive space to explore your own embodied practice and discover new ways of relating to your body-mind. We work somatically with body systems such as the nervous, endocrine, and fluid systems, as well as fascia, ligaments, bones, muscles, senses, and perception. We explore these systems of the body through movement, breath, posture, awareness, presence and mindfulness based explorations.
Together we cultivate a more present and attuned relationship with your body, supporting nervous system regulation and resilience. Sessions may include:
Somatic movement and embodiment coaching can be beneficial for those navigating stress, trauma, anxiety, or life transitions, as it offers tools for regulation, resilience, and embodied self-awareness. It can also support artists and creatives in exploring new ways of moving and creating, deepening their creative processes, and fostering greater self-confidence, connection, and presence in daily life.
This sessions are informed by my training in Body-Mind Centering, and various bodywork practices such as Authentic Movement, modern dance, improvisational movement explorations, expressive dance, and clowning, just to name a few.
In these sessions, sound is used as the primary medium for relaxation and nervous system support. Sound meditation not only feels deeply calming, but it also has a direct effect on the body’s physiology. The slow, resonant tones of instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, and tuning forks stimulate the vagus nerve, which is a key pathway between the brain, heart, and digestive system. When the vagus nerve is activated, the body shifts out of a “fight-or-flight” stress response and into a parasympathetic state — often described as “rest-and-digest.” In this state, breathing slows, the heart rate steadies, and the body is able to access deeper relaxation and restoration. Over time, practicing sound meditation can help regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and support resilience in daily life.
In these sessions, you are invited to lie or sit comfortably while layers of consistent, resonant frequencies wash over you. These sonic vibrations can help shift brain activity from higher frequencies (such as beta waves, linked to active thinking) into lower states (alpha, theta, or delta), which are connected with relaxation, meditation, and deep rest. Many people describe this experience as a felt sense of spaciousness — the body and mind finally having permission to let go, soften, and restore balance. We will always leave space at the end of a sound meditation session to integrate and process the experience together.

My work in movement and sound is rooted in over 15 years of study, practice, and facilitation across dance, yoga, somatics, and contemplative arts. I bring together performance, embodied education, and integrative healing approaches to create spaces that are accessible, supportive, and deeply restorative.
This foundation allows me to weave together movement, sound, and somatic practices in ways that meet people where they are and support deep rest, resilience, and embodied connection.
Whether you are seeking support for healing, navigating transitions, or expanding your creative expression, somatic movement and sound practices offer a pathway back to balance, connection, and presence. If you feel curious about how this work could support you, I invite you to reach out and connect.
